The Hungarian company KÉSZ Group is now present in Romania, both with the main business division specialized in general construction, and with the new real estate development division.

KÉSZ is preparing for the development of the Corallis residential project, located in the northern part of Bucharest, in the Petrom City area, on Coralilor street, opening to Grivița Lake. The project is at an advanced stage of authorization, with planning permission to be issued soon and construction to begin in the first half of 2024.

Corallis residential complex comprises 230 apartments and will be a sustainable project, built to BREEAM Excellent requirements.
