The purchased land is located in Copou, an area known as one of the most sought after residential areas in Iasi and also an important historical part of the city, very well connected to the main points of interest of Iasi. On the surface of the land, the developer will replicate the model of the successful Greenfield residential complex in Bucharest. Thus, the project will be a sustainable one, included in the category of green buildings, with BREEAM certification and will include low-rise blocks of flats, ample green spaces, services that allow living at modern standards.
