Real Estate & Construction Forum 2025: What will the real estate market look like this year?

On February 28, 2025, 26 representatives from major companies discussed how 2024 looked in the real estate market and what the forecasts are for this year. At the same time, they shared with the approximately 200 industry leaders present at the 20th edition of the "Real Estate & Construction Forum" event what the biggest challenges currently facing the retail, industrial & logistics, office and residential sectors are, both regionally, nationally and internationally, given the current macroeconomic context and the legislative changes impacting the field.

One United Properties posts a consolidated turnover of 285.5 million euros and a gross profit of 88.6 million euros in 2024

One United Properties shareholders approve bi-annual dividend payment, share price consolidation at 50:1 ratio

The shareholders of One United Properties (BVB: ONE), the leading Romanian green developer of residential, mixed-use, and office real estate, approved several key resolutions during the General Meeting of Shareholders held on October 10th, 2024. These include approving the audited financial statements for the first six months of 2024, the payment of the first tranche of the 2024 dividend, the consolidation of the company’s shares, a new share buyback program, and the ratification of various credit facilities for ongoing developments. The quorum in both of the meeting was over 79%.

SVN Romania expands across borders and plans 15 new offices

Real estate consultant SVN Romania expanded its activity across borders by launching the SVN Overseas division, which offers consultancy and brokerage services for dozens of residential projects, of which about 20 exclusively for Romanian buyers. In addition, the company plans to expand in Romania through 15 new regional offices in the main regional economic centres but also in Bucharest and its surroundings.
