One United Properties (BVB: ONE), the leading green developer of residential, mixed-use and office real estate, announces that the residential development One Cotroceni Park has obtained the Green Homes pre-certification from the Romania Green Building Council, which is awarded to a real estate development in the execution phase.
Prima Development Group announces record sales for the company in 2021, of over 250 million lei. Last year's sales are recorded in the context of the expansion of the developer's real estate projects in Bucharest, where Prima Development Group sold 200 apartments in 2021. Following the success of the first phase of construction of Bonton Luxury Villas, which is 65% sold, the developer City Garden is starting work on the second phase of the project located in the Pipera area. Alesonor, the developer of the first complete suburb – Amber Forest, announces the start of the construction works for the first villas to be built in the first stage of the project. The first villas are built with the construction company Britt Structures, a long-term partner of Alesonor, which also has experience in building the Amber Gardens complex, which remains up to now the only project of luxury green villas in Romania, certified “Green Home“ by RoGBC.
